In celebration of Eat Spain Drink Spain 2026, discover a limited-time menu spotlighting smoked bluefin tuna from Spain, also known as the “Ham of the Sea”, alongside Spanish white anchovy.

Boquerones Pan con Tomate — $6 per piece

White anchovy on crystal bread with tomato purée and garden cress. Light, briny, and delicately balanced.

Otoro Pan con Tomate — $8 per piece

Smoked bluefin tuna belly (otoro) on crystal bread with tomato purée and garden cress. Rich and buttery, with a gentle smokiness.

Carpaccio de Atún Rojo — $15

Bluefin tuna carpaccio with white asparagus, ice plant, crispy chorizo, and Arbequina extra virgin olive oil. Delicate and savoury, with a subtle crunch.
