For one night only, enjoy a free-flow tapas menu featuring UNA’s own creations alongside dishes showcasing Spanish produce—from smoked bluefin tuna and preserved seafood to olive oils and other ingredients worth discovering.

These are products that play an important role in Spanish cooking, shaped by where they come from and how they are caught, cured, preserved or made.

Taste them as part of the free-flow tapas menu, then visit five curated market booths to learn more and purchase selected products to take home.
