The Tapas Edit: A Refreshing Spanish Summer Pairing

This June and July, The Tapas Edit offers a curated spread for two at $68++, featuring four signature tapas to share, as well as two tasting glasses each of Jaume Serra Brut Nature Cava and Rosado Cava.

The crown jewel of the spread is the Coca de Cristal con Jamón 5J: 48‑month pure acorn‑fed '5J' Ibérico ham layered over toasted crystal bread with fresh tomato purée, one of Spain’s most prized cured meats, served in one of Singapore’s most storied heritage settings.
